This bookstore has an incredibly well curated collection of books, and some really cool crafts and gifts! Staff members were also super kind and friendly. This is a really special bookshop! Can’t wait to come back.

I absolutely love Blinking Owl Books. Every single person in their staff is incredibly kind and makes amazing recommendations whether you’re buying a book for yourself or a gift for your friend. The store also hosts a wide array of community events that are always so joyful.

Great vibes, well curated and fun selection. Lucy was kind and helpful, letting us know they can order books you may be seeking but they don’t normally stock. Clarence was cool too!

This was such a cute bookstore! The employees were so nice and helpful with book recommendations. Ellie was super nice and friendly, even told me about some Korean food near by and an Asian grocery store! It was so nice coming here, and I will definitely be back whenever I’m back in town!! :)

This bookstore feels like a warm cup of tea on a cozy couch. Lucy was super helpful with picking out books having ny and my friend feel welcomed. They have a great selection of books which are all displayed so you can really see everything. A great array of other things like stickers, candles, fabric, earrings, etc. I come to Ft. Myers often and will definitely be coming here again! :)

What an adorable little place! Lots of books to choose from along with other hand made crafts , bookmarks, etc. love the cozy vibes and most of all the inclusivity!!! Staff was very friendly and kind! We got some very cool stickers and cute and funny pins as well!!!

You wouldn't know this cute little bookstore was here unless you specifically looking for it. But I'm glad I stumbled across it. The selection of books was stellar. I deliberated for quite a while before I decided on these 2 books, which I already had on my wishlist. I just hadn't seen them at a commercial bookstore.

We visited Blinking Owl Books' new location for the first time in July 2025. The owner, Lucy, is kind and helpful. She has curated a wonderful selection of books, as well as creating a little hooker nook (for crochet!!) with cozy seating, gorgeous yarn, and lots of natural light. The shop also sells handmade candles, incense, stickers, pins, and some beautiful journals. Though we're only occasional visitors to the area, we will definitely be back. And Lucy - thank you for helping my kiddo who was trying to tell you about Finch!

An amazingly well curated store with something for everyone. I felt right at home the moment I walked through the door. It can be hard to find a place with a cozy, inclusive, come-as-you-are atmosphere in Fort Myers, but visiting this store felt like taking the first big breath when you get home after a long trip. They also have a robust calendar of events, which I’m so excited to participate in down the road.

I love this bookstore so much the owner and staff are so sweet! They host the best events and they have great book recommendations! They also have cute little gifts, crafts, and just a good vibe!
